For over 14 years, I've worked in the energy industry designing learning experiences, building safety culture, and helping leaders turn complex systems into tools that actually serve people. I've spent thousands of hours translating technical frameworks into human-centered experiences that land—not just intellectually, but emotionally and practically.

As a Samoan and New Zealand European mother of five (including triplets) based in Whangārei, I live at the intersection of multiple worlds.
