For 14+ years I designed systems that help people do better work — across wellbeing, safety culture, learning design, and capability building.
Then I taught myself to build.
Now I ship ethical technology that expands autonomy and gets used in the real world.
I specialise in conversational AI — voice and chat interfaces that extend human expertise and build trust through conversation.
I'm currently completing a Master's in Technological Futures, exploring how emerging technologies — particularly conversational AI — can strengthen trust and relationships rather than erode them.

As a Samoan and New Zealand European mother of five (including triplets) based in Whangārei, I build at the intersection of systems, culture, and human realities.
My approach is grounded in kaupapa Māori and Pacific principles: reciprocity, care, and designing with people, not for them.
