It's about the business. The bottleneck. The opportunity. The thing that's taking too much time. The process that no longer fits. The idea that's ready for its next stage.
We'll talk through where you are now, where you want to go, and whether AI or technology has a role to play. Sometimes there is a clear next step. Sometimes there isn't. Both are useful outcomes.
You don't need to prepare a presentation or have the perfect question. Just bring an honest picture of what's happening.
If it feels like we're a good fit, we'll talk about what working together could look like. If not, I'll tell you that too.
