Work with me

One conversation, then whatever your business actually needs.

You don't have to know which way in you need. That's my job, not yours. Every piece of work starts with the same free half hour, where we work out where your business is at and what's genuinely worth doing. From there it might be a plan, a build, coaching, or me telling you the smart move is nothing yet.

How the work runs

Four steps. One belief.

First I get to know you and your business. Then I work out where tech actually fits.

  • 01 Start with the business. Not the tools. Not the hype. The business. How it works, where it's heading, what needs protecting. If you don't know where you're going, I don't know why we'd be talking about AI yet.
  • 02 Cut the noise. Most AI advice is too generic to be any use. I separate the signal from the panic, and the trends from the things that actually help you.
  • 03 Make the call. Sometimes AI. Sometimes a simpler tool. Sometimes nothing yet. The right move for the business, the people in it, and where you're actually trying to go.
  • 04 Build it to last. Built to be trusted, built for your people to actually use, and built so you own and run it. Not just built fast.

The ways in

A few ways in. Same direction.

Start with the ground work

The proper look under the hood.

We map where your business actually is, where it's going, and what's genuinely worth doing about AI and tech. A short piece of pre-work so I arrive already understanding your business, a working session in person where we can, and a clear written plan with the problems named and the moves sequenced. One follow-up check-in within 30 days.

It's a complete piece of work on its own. Plenty of people take the plan and run it themselves, and that's a good outcome. It's also the natural door into whatever comes next, and most often that's a build.

The payoff

Your next move is the right one, before you spend a dollar building it.

Best for

Owners ready for a real plan they can act on.

Get it built

Custom systems, built with you, so they're yours to run.

Sometimes what your business needs doesn't exist yet, and the right answer is to build it. When that's the call, I build it with you, not just for you. You sit beside me, you learn the system as it's made, and it's yours when we're done. Sometimes the build is voice-first conversational AI, the rare thing almost nobody does well. Sometimes there's no AI in it at all.

How a build starts.

After the free call, scoping is a paid piece of work, quoted before you commit to it. You get a written scope document: what's being built in plain language, how it works for the end user and behind the scenes, the timeline, and a fixed price for the build. The scope is yours either way. Build it with me, build it with someone else, or sit on it.

Paying for it.

A deposit before work starts, then flexible from there, including spreading the balance across monthly payments. Building this kind of infrastructure shouldn't require finding the full amount up front, and you're not punished for choosing a payment plan.

After launch.

Every build moves onto a care package that keeps it hosted, secure and looked after, quoted with your build. I teach you to handle the day-to-day yourself, and I hold the layer underneath. Capability, not dependence.

The payoff

A system that fits exactly how you work, gives your clients a better experience, and scales past your own hours.

Best for

Businesses that need something custom and want to own it, not depend on whoever made it.

Your thinking partner, on retainer

The seat most owners don't have and quietly need.

The way an established business keeps a fractional CFO on call, but for the tech and direction side. A monthly working session, access through the month by email or voice, a heads-up when something genuinely matters and silence when it doesn't, a sanity-check on the people selling to you before you sign anything, and a proper review each quarter.

This seat isn't sold cold. It fills by graduation, usually after the groundwork or a build, once you already know how I think and want that thinking to stay across your business. Capacity is capped at a small number of clients. The cap is how the work stays good.

The payoff

You never make a tech call blind, and you stop worrying you're missing something.

Best for

Established businesses who want someone in their corner across the whole noisy landscape.

Loose ends

What does it cost?

Everything is quoted on scope, after we've talked. The right answer depends entirely on your business, and I'd be guessing if I priced it before I understood you. What I can tell you now: the first conversation is free, quotes are fixed once given, and if the smart move for you is a free tool that already exists, that's exactly what I'll say.

Key terms, so there are no surprises.

  • Answers within two business days.
  • Scope changes handled with a conversation, not a surprise invoice.
  • Builds quoted and invoiced against fixed milestones.
  • Quotes valid for 30 days.

Do you do the hands-on rollout of off-the-shelf tools?

No. I architect and build custom systems, and I'll oversee implementation if I'm your strategist on retainer, but when you need someone configuring and rolling out existing tools, I'll connect you with brilliant people who do it well. I'd rather send you to the right person than take your money for something someone else is better at.

Not sure which way in? That's what the call is for.

Thirty minutes, free, and you'll leave knowing your next move. Even if the answer is not yet.
