Founder, DreamStorm
Lian Passmore is the founder of DreamStorm and a Whangārei-based facilitator with 15+ years of experience in learning design, capability building, and behavioural change. She holds a Bachelor of Business and recently completed a Master's in Technological Futures, where her research focused on how conversational AI can create genuine, trust-building experiences. She's not just teaching AI - she builds with it every day.

Larissa Daly is the Director of 123Online, a Whangārei-based digital agency helping small and medium businesses get online and get results. With a background in computer science, business analysis, and project delivery across SaaS, construction tech, and digital marketing, Larissa specialises in turning complex tools into practical, usable systems. She's spent years helping business owners bridge the gap between "I know I need to do something digital" and actually having it working.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience with AI?
Not at all. This workshop is designed for people with low to no AI experience. If you've never opened ChatGPT, you're in the right place. If you've played with it a bit but aren't sure how to make it useful for your business, you're also in the right place. We start from the beginning and go at your pace.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop or tablet and your business questions. That's it. We'll guide you through everything else on the day.
What if I'm not very techy?
That's exactly who this workshop is for. If you can send a text, you can do this. You'll have two facilitators in the room and we'll be right there to help if you get stuck.
What happens before the workshop?
Two things. First, you'll do a short discovery session with Lian's Digital Voice (about 10–15 minutes) so we can understand your business and tailor the day. Then Larissa builds a personalised AI context document for your business - so when you sit down on the day, AI already knows your voice, your services, and your customers.
Will this actually work for my type of business?
The workshop is built around the customer lifecycle - getting found, winning the job, quoting, getting paid, and keeping customers coming back. That applies whether you're a builder, a café owner, a bookkeeper, a tourism operator, or a hairdresser. If you have customers, this is relevant.
How is this different from free AI workshops or YouTube tutorials?

What happens after the workshop?
You leave with your AI Roadmap and the confidence to keep going on your own. About 30 days later, we run a group check-in call to answer questions, troubleshoot anything that's stuck, and help you decide if you want to go deeper on a specific area. We also offer focused deep-dive workshops on each stage of the customer lifecycle for when you're ready.

We're planning to run this regularly. Register your interest and we'll make sure you're on the list for future dates.
What's the referral cashback?
Simple: you get $100 cash for every person you refer - but only once they've paid for their ticket and actually shown up on the day. Not when they sign up to the email list. Not when they say 'maybe'. Only when they've paid and attended. There's no limit - refer enough people and you could get your whole ticket back. Just make sure they mention your name when they register.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Here's how we handle it.
Refunds
7+ days before: Full refund, minus any transaction fees charged by our payment provider (typically 2–3%).
Within 7 days but more than 72 hours before: 50% refund - or rebook into a future session instead.
Within 72 hours: No refund. You're welcome to send someone in your place, or rebook into a future session.
Rebooking
Can't make it? You're welcome to move to a future workshop once, at no extra cost - as long as you let us know before the session starts. Requests made after the session has started can't be honoured.
If we cancel or reschedule
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you'll receive a full refund or the option to move to the new date - your choice.
